 What is the cost to ship the US, Canada, Europe, etc?

Zodin Cards is currently not shipping outside of the U.S

Zodin Cards ships from Brooklyn, NY via USPS First Class Mail and is a standard rate of $8.  We also offer local delivery if you are located in New York at $25.  Please select your preferred method of delivery at checkout.  You may also email with questions and concerns at order@zodincards.com

How can I track my package?

Shortly after ordering, you will receive an email stating your items have shipped.  Please note: Once an order is given to a USPS carrier, the item becomes that carrier’s responsibility and Zodin Cards is no longer liable.  Zodin Cards is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination.  Please be patient with orders. They sometimes arrive after the estimated date from USPS.  If it has been over a month since your order was shipped we will try our best to accommodate you, or if you need other assistance, then please contact us at order@zodincards.com.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

We have a very limited amount of time to make changes to your shipping or local delivery information before your items are sent. Immediately contact us at order@zodincards.com & we will do our best to correct your information.  Please be advised that if you choose to pay for your purchase via PayPal Zodin Cards will deliver or mail your purchase to the address which is you entered into PayPal.

RETURNS

What is Zodin Cards return policy?

Zodin Cards accepts returns on unused (sealed) items within fourteen days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us and Zodin Cards will send you a replacement.  To initiate a return, contact us at order@zodincards.com , and be sure to include your order number in the email.

Can I exchange my Zodin Cards purchase?

We are unable to offer exchanges on paper goods. Apparel may be exchanged for the same style in another size, if it has not been worn and the tags are still attached. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please contact order@zodincards.com for return address.

Can I return Zodin Cards items that were bought through another website or store?

No. You must contact the store you purchased Zodin Cards goods from.

How long will my refund/exchange take?

Replacement items are sent within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.  Your new items ship via USPS Priority Mail.  If exchanging due to size please contact customer service at order@zodincards.com

How do I cancel my order completely?

Please send an email to order@zodincards.com and we will try our best to cancel before it ships. If the order has already been processed and shipped, then we cannot cancel it. The sooner you contact us the better.

Can I order offline?

We do not offer this service at this time. However, search our stores page and find a shop that carries Zodin Cards carrier near you!
